Drowning in Paperwork? I've been there. Let me help.

I've managed caseloads of 70+ students across PreK, Extended Content Standards (ECS) classrooms, hearing-impaired programs, and high ELL populations. I've inherited expired IEPs, walked into chaos mid-year, and been expected to fix the impossible in impossibly little time.
That's why I built CaseClear—an AI-powered tool that helps SLPs document faster, stay compliant, and finally get their time back.
Because we deserve better—and so do our students.

School-based SLPs spend nearly a third of their week writing, logging, and reporting instead of doing therapy.
CaseClear changes that — cutting documentation time from hours to minutes.

"SLPs spend 25–35% of their week on paperwork."
That's 10–12 hours every week — or more than 300 hours every school year.
That's the equivalent of an extra 40+ school days each year.
CaseClear users cut that down to 2–3 hours per week.
Prebuilt clinical templates designed by an SLP — no more starting from a blank page.
Generate clear, compliant daily notes and progress summaries in seconds. Review, edit, and paste directly into your district system.
Track IEPs, progress deadlines, and session counts automatically — without spreadsheets.
"I used to spend entire evenings catching up on notes. Now I finish documentation before I even leave school."

CaseClear doesn't replace your professional judgment — it gives you back the hours you've been losing to documentation.
Many SLPs already rely on AI to save time, using it to clean up reports, summarize notes, and write progress updates.
CaseClear takes that same power and brings it into a structured, SLP-designed environment built for compliance, accuracy, and speed.
Daily notes can take 10-15 minutes to write, depending on your level of expertise.
CaseClear reduces that to less than 2 minutes.
"YES — every day! You still have to proofread, of course, but the amount of time AI saves is mind-blowing. It's completely changed how long it takes me to finish notes and reports."
School-Based SLP
CaseClear Difference:
We agree, and that's why CaseClear integrates AI directly into your workflow. You still copy and paste your finalized notes into your district's system of record, but every note starts with professional, SLP-tailored prompts that yield clear, compliant results. No random outputs. No generic phrasing. Just your data, refined and ready to review.
"I put all my data into my templates, then use AI to clean it up. I proof and edit all finalized copies. I'm still interpreting and making recommendations, but AI makes it sound professional and clear."
School-Based SLP
CaseClear Difference:
CaseClear is that template, but smarter. It automatically organizes your student data, applies clinical phrasing, and aligns with school-based documentation standards. You stay the clinician. CaseClear just helps your notes sound polished and professional from the start.
"It's a tool, an amazing one. I use AI for writing goals and reports. I run what I've written through an AI editor to make it sound more polished. I proofread and make changes as needed. It's saved me so much time."
School-Based SLP
CaseClear Difference:
CaseClear was built by an SLP who gets it. You can generate measurable, standards-based goals from a student's profile, and the AI automatically ties them to objectives, therapy targets, and session data. It's still your expertise, just faster and better organized.
"I use AI for almost everything: benchmarks, reports, activities, emails, everything! It's like having a helper that understands how I work."
School-Based SLP
CaseClear Difference:
That's exactly what CaseClear was designed to be, your dedicated helper built specifically for school-based SLPs. It doesn't just use AI; it understands therapy documentation, compliance timelines, and your daily workload. It's AI made for SLPs, by an SLP.

Built by an SLP who's been in the trenches
I've worked caseloads of 70+ students—special needs PreK, Extended Content Standards (ECS) classrooms for students with significant cognitive disabilities, hearing impaired classrooms, and high ELL populations. I know what it's like when the job feels impossible.
I've walked into schools mid-year where the previous SLP was so overwhelmed they stopped doing therapy, stopped writing IEPs, and left 12 expired IEPs behind. I was given 13 hours a week to fix an entire broken caseload in one month.
The only way I survived was with AI. Not because I wanted to cut corners—but because I needed to give these kids the quality services they deserve while also meeting impossible documentation demands.
It breaks my heart and makes me angry what we're expected to do. We deserve better. Our students deserve better. That's why I created CaseClear.
Everything you need to know about CaseClear
Yes. CaseClear is FERPA-friendly — we don't collect or store identifiable student data (PHI). We recommend therapists use first name and last initial only. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. CaseClear assists providers in creating documentation that can be pasted into their system of record. We never sell or share data with third parties, and AI processing happens in real-time without data retention by AI providers.
Daily session notes cost 1 AI credit each. Progress reports (which synthesize multiple sessions and generate comprehensive summaries) cost 3 AI credits each. Your first 25 credits are free, and after that you get unlimited AI-generated documentation for just $10/month with the Essentials Plan.
Do not include personally identifiable information (PII) or protected health information (PHI). Use first name and last initial only (e.g., "Emma T." not "Emma Thompson"), or use initials or internal ID codes. Avoid entering birthdates, student numbers, full addresses, or other identifiers. CaseClear generates drafts for you to review and transfer to your official record system.
No. CaseClear is a documentation assistance tool and workspace, not an official record-keeping system or system of record. You'll need to copy finalized documentation to your district's, clinic's, or agency's authorized system. Think of it as your efficient drafting space that saves you hours of writing time.
On average, SLPs save 85-90% on documentation time. Daily notes that used to take 5 hours/week now take 45 minutes. Progress reports that used to take 2 hours/week now take 20 minutes. That's up to 6.5 hours back in your week.
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription anytime with no penalties or fees. Your data will be available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
No! Start with 25 free AI credits without entering any payment information. You only need to add a payment method when you're ready to upgrade to unlimited documentation.
