CaseClear provides AI-powered documentation tools for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) including session note generation, progress tracking, and digital student folders.

Important: CaseClear is a documentation assistance tool and workspace, not an official record-keeping system. Users are responsible for transferring finalized documentation to their district's official documentation system.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to comply with FERPA and HIPAA regulations when using the Service
• You are responsible for all content and data you input into the Service
• You must copy finalized documentation to your district's official system
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes

4. Data Storage and Privacy

5. AI-Generated Content

CaseClear uses AI to enhance and generate documentation. While we strive for accuracy, users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use in professional settings.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

CaseClear is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
